A role that supports sales activities and business operations across the board and helps the team's work run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Communicating and coordinating schedules with clients and partner companies
- Preparing and managing quotations, contracts, invoices, and other documents
- Assisting with proposals and internal materials
- Administrative work such as order and progress management and expense processing
- Supporting events such as exhibitions and seminars
Requirements
- Business-level communication skills in Japanese
- Basic skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools
- Ability to carry out work accurately and carefully, and to coordinate smoothly with others
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Practical experience in sales administration, trade administration, or similar work
- Communication skills in English or Chinese
- Interest in AI and IT

AI Model Engineer
A role that takes AI models from selection and tuning through to production deployment, supporting our clients' use of AI on the technical side.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and selecting AI models such as large language models
- Fine-tuning models using client data
- Deploying models to GPU servers and building inference environments
- Optimizing model performance and cost, and operating and improving models
- Contributing technically to the development of AI agents and related services
Requirements
- Development experience using Python
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
- Development or operations experience in Linux and GPU environments
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Experience fine-tuning large language models or optimizing inference
- Experience with inference servers such as vLLM, or with Kubernetes
- Experience in data preprocessing and designing model evaluations
- Communication skills in Japanese or English
